   Perfectly imperfect is the new gold standard. Think swaying grasses, self-seeding perennials, and native species left to grow a little wilder. These designs are lower maintenance, more wildlife-friendly, and undeniably charming.

2. Edible Beauty
   Garden beds are getting more practical. Edible planting like rosemary hedging, colourful beetroot, or espaliered apple trees are being integrated right into ornamental layouts. Why not have a veg patch that looks as good as it tastes?

3. Sustainable Landscapes
   Sustainability continues to lead the way, with more demand for permeable paving, composting areas, and drought-tolerant species. At Esme, we prioritise responsible landscaping so you can expect this ethos to show up in every material and method we use.

4. Outdoor Rooms
   From sleek outdoor kitchens to cosy pergola-covered lounges, clients want their gardens to feel like an extension of the home. Multi-functional, weatherproof, and made to last. This has to be the top garden design trend for 2025.

5. Vertical Gardening
   A big win for small spaces. Trellises, green walls, and vertical planters are being used to maximise greenery without eating into footprint. It’s a space-saving solution that also happens to look fantastic.
